The fee for an initial appointment is $170.
The fee for follow-up appointments is $150.
I am in-network with several insurance plans including Anthem, Sentara, Optima, BC/BS.
and can provide a bill for reimbursement for out-of-network plans.
I accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Credit Card, HSA/FSA cards for payment of fees.
