Fees and Payment
The fee for an initial appointment (~60 minutes) is $170.
The fee for follow-up appointments is $150.
I am in-network with several insurance plans including Anthem, Sentara, Magellan, Optima, BC/BS.
I will provide a bill for out-of-network plans for reimbursement.
I accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, HSA/FSA cards for payment of fees.
