My approach to therapy is respectful and collaborative, where client and
therapist work together to understand and resolve difficulties. I strive to
create a safe, warm and accepting environment where clients are able to
heal attachment wounds, transform unhelpful coping behaviors, thoughts
and feelings, and develop skills to better navigate their relationship with
